Kelysports builds indoor and outdoor pickleball courts in Hyderabad and across South India, from a single court in a gated community or on a rooftop to multi-court pay-and-play venues and indoor courts in steel sheds. As a pickleball court contractor we handle the base, surface, fencing, lighting, posts and nets. We have delivered a complete indoor pickleball facility at Rayadurgam, covering civil works, an asphalt base, a structural shed and the finished court.

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR PICKLEBALL COURTS

Every court starts with the same question: where will people play, and when? We build both, and often combine pickleball with badminton or basketball on the same site.

Indoor pickleball courts

Courts inside a steel shed or an existing hall can be played year-round, in summer heat and the monsoon. We plan clear height, high-bay lighting and netting between courts, and can build the shed as well. Three indoor courts divided by netting.

Outdoor pickleball courts

Open-air courts need a base that drains, a surface that copes with sun and rain, perimeter fencing or netting, and floodlights for evening play. We also build courts on rooftops and podiums, after checking the structure. See our outdoor court construction work.

Court layout and orientation

Single or multi-court layouts with run-off, walkways and fencing lines.

Civil works and drainage

Excavation, compaction and slopes so water leaves the court.

Asphalt or concrete base

A flat, true base for consistent ball bounce.

Shed for indoor play (optional)

A structural steel shed to make the court usable in heat and rain.

Pickleball court surface

Acrylic coating or PP tiles, in the colours you choose.

Net posts, marking and lighting

Posts and nets fixed, kitchen and court lines marked, lights for evening play.

What is the pickleball court construction cost in India?

It depends on indoor or outdoor, the base, the surface and any shed, fencing or lighting. We give an itemised quote after a site visit.

How much space do I need for a pickleball court?

The playing area is 20 × 44 ft. With run-off around it, plan for a larger footprint; we size it for your plot and the level of play.

Can a tennis or badminton court be converted to pickleball?

Often yes. A tennis court can hold several pickleball courts, and lines can be added to an existing hard surface. We check the base first.

Indoor or outdoor pickleball court: which should I build?

An indoor court in a shed or hall can be used in any weather and needs no glare control from the sun; an outdoor court costs less to build and suits open plots. We advise on both after seeing the site.

Can a pickleball court be built on a rooftop?

Yes, subject to a structural check of the roof. Several courts in our gallery are on rooftops, with netting enclosures and floodlights. We plan the surface and drainage for the roof.

Can one court be used for pickleball and badminton?

Yes. A pickleball court is the same size as a badminton doubles court, so lines for both can be marked on one surface, as on some of the courts in our gallery.

Do you build pickleball courts outside Hyderabad?

Yes. Kelysports is based in Hyderabad and takes on pickleball court projects across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and pan India. See our locations.
