ACRYLIC SPORTS FLOORING

Acrylic synthetic flooring is a multi-coat system applied over a prepared asphalt or concrete base. Kelysports supplies and installs acrylic court surfaces for tennis, pickleball, basketball, badminton and multisport courts, and acrylic synthetic running tracks, across Hyderabad and South India.

ACRYLIC COURT INSTALLATION PROCESS

Base inspection
Check levels, cure and cleanliness of the base before coating.

Surface preparation
Clean, repair low spots and prime as the system requires.

Coating application
Resurfacer and colour coats applied in sequence with drying time between.
04
Marking and handover
Lines set out to the sport's dimensions; equipment fitted; care guidance given.

ACRYLIC COURT MAINTENANCE

Sweep or blow off leaves and grit regularly; debris wears the top coat.
Clear standing water after rain and keep drains free.
Use non-marking sports footwear only.
Plan periodic recoating as wear shows; we advise on timing after an inspection.
