TEAK WOODEN BADMINTON COURT FLOORING IN KALWAKURTHY

Kelysports completed this indoor badminton court installation in Kalwakurthy, Telangana: a teak wooden badminton court floor on timber runners and cushion pads, finished with court mats and line markings. The work focused on workmanship, the quality of the playing surface, and the court layout and net posts.

THE INSTALLATION, STAGE BY STAGE

FROM BARE HALL TO BADMINTON COURTS

HALL PREPARATION

The hall before its sports floor: walls finished, the steel roof insulated and linear LED lights being fixed above the bare concrete floor.

RUNNER AND CUSHION PADS

Timber runners set out in rows on black cushion pads over a polythene moisture barrier. The runners carry the wooden floor and the cushion pads give it a little give underfoot.

TEAK WOODEN FLOORING INSTALLATION

Kelysports installers nail the teak boards onto the runners with a pneumatic nailer, row by row across the hall.
