EPDM RUBBER FLOORING
EPDM rubber flooring is made from coloured EPDM granules mixed with a polyurethane binder and laid over a prepared asphalt or concrete base, either poured in place or as tiles. Kelysports supplies and installs EPDM surfaces for running tracks, children's play areas and multi-use zones.

EPDM RUBBER INSTALLATION PROCESS

Base check
Levels, falls and cure of the base are checked first.

Priming
The base is cleaned and primed as the system requires.

Laying
Granule and binder mix is spread and trowelled to level, layer by layer.

Curing and marking
The surface cures before lines are marked and the area is handed over.
EPDM RUBBER MAINTENANCE
- Sweep or blow off leaves, sand and grit regularly.
- Keep drains and edges clear so water does not pond.
- Avoid sharp-heeled shoes, vehicles and heavy point loads.
- Repair cuts or loose granules early.
